  • Certain items such as personal care products, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return. For hygiene reasons, baby care products that have been used or opened cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Shipping the Return: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return label. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and parts.
  3. Send it Back: Drop off your package at the nearest shipping facility.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Please note, shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item. We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

Defective or Damaged Items
